Collection Instructions: | Parasite: Immerse parasite in 5 - 10 mL of 70-80% ethanol in a clean container with tight fitting lid. | ||||

Unacceptable Conditions: | Stool, unpreserved specimens, specimens in preservative other than ethanol | ||||

Shipping Instructions | |||||
Wrap specimen container in absorbent material and place in a biohazard bag. Seal the bag and place into the mailer along with a completed Test Request Form. Transport specimen at room temperature. |
