Plasma from Lavender tubes is acceptable but will not route in the Laboratory Information System (Sunquest).

Transport Information: 

1.0 mL blood/0.3 mL serum or plasma

Minimum Sample Volume: 

0.3 mL blood/0.1 mL serum

Remarks: 

Trough samples should be collected just before the next dose; peak samples should be collected 12-18 hours after the last dose.
