Collection Information: 

Fasting patient (4 hour preferred, nonfasting acceptable). Spin down and send 1 mL of serum frozen.

 

Minimum Sample Volume: 

0.2 mL

 

Remarks: 

Remove serum from cells as soon as possible.

 

Unacceptable Conditions: 

Specimens collected in EDTA tubes
